SHIPPING PRICES:  Mattress ship FREE.  Please note- When purchasing many accessories, you may end up with a relatively high shipping cost.  In these cases, though high shipping will show in your cart, we will actually bill your card for a lower, discounted shipping rate.  If you would like a shipping quote before ordering, please contact us with the product you intend on buying and we will send you a shipping quote that will override the price given in the shopping cart.

All mattresses come with a 45 night sleep trial.  If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase after 21 nights, simply contact our customer service department.  We will give you a return authorization number, and help you schedule the return shipment of you mattress.  Once received in good condition, you will be refunded your purchase price minus shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee.

All pillow, foundation, topper & sheet sales are final.

If you receive a defective product, please notify a customer service representative immediately, and we will quickly have it replaced.

If items are received damaged due to shipping, please contact the shipping company as immediately.  We will assist in any complications that may arise with your claim.

Prices on our website are subject to change. In the event of a price change you will be notifed before you order is billed.
